Skyswimmer products are made to order. This intentional production process allows us to reduce waste and ensure each artifact is created specifically for the Skyswimmer who ordered it.

By placing an order with Skyswimmer, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Processing Time

Because most Skyswimmer products are made to order, processing times may vary.

Orders typically require 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During high-volume periods, limited releases, or seasonal demand, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Fulfillment & Production Notes

Because Skyswimmer products are made to order and fulfilled by specialized production partners, items within the same order may be produced and shipped separately. In these cases, you may receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers for a single order.


Shipping Destinations

Skyswimmer currently ships to:

  • The United States

  • Select international destinations

Shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • The items in your order

  • The selected shipping method

All shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation.



Domestic Shipping Timeframes (United States)

For orders shipping within the United States:

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing

  • Delivery times may vary based on carrier, destination, and external conditions

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


International Shipping Timeframes

For international orders:

  • Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after processing

  • Transit times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing

  • Tracking availability may differ depending on the destination country

International delivery estimates are provided at checkout when available but are not guaranteed.



International Orders & Customs

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country

  • Skyswimmer is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services

For Canadian orders, shipments may be subject to GST/HST, duties, or brokerage fees upon delivery depending on the product and fulfillment location.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Skyswimmer is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution where applicable.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Skyswimmer is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for further investigation in these cases.
