Overview

Skyswimmer products are made to order and created specifically for each Skyswimmer at the time of purchase. Because of this intentional production process, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

By placing an order with Skyswimmer, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms outlined in this policy.


Made-to-Order Items

Because Skyswimmer products are produced on demand:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse

  • We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order

Each artifact is created specifically for the individual who ordered it.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, you may be asked to provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the damaged or defective item

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Lost Orders

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to investigate.

If the carrier confirms the loss, Skyswimmer will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Skyswimmer is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders affected by address errors entered by the customer.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.


International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

  • Skyswimmer is not responsible for items refused by customs or returned due to unpaid import fees
